Your satisfaction is always our top priority, once you received the order you have the right to check it while the courier awaits you  (within 5-10 minutes).
If the product is not suitable, you can request an immediate exchange or return with the courier. 

⚠️ Returns or exchanges are only available within 10 minutes while the courier is still at your address. Once the courier leaves, requests cannot be accepted.
